What has happen to our little town?? We arent even safe in our own houses anymore.. We have to worry about a car coming thru our bedroom.. Come on people i think its time to do something not only about the synthetic drugs, but the real drugs, the pill pushers the needle junkies... Our families arent safe anymore, because of these people.. They go to jail and they get out and do the same shit over and over.. what is it going to take?? We are losing so many of our young generations.Why, because there are some many selfless creatures out in this world that is more worried about getting high, then careing for their children.. Its pathetic, what people will do to get a quick fix. How about getting real jobs, how about having to pay out taxes, how about getting off welfare and doing some hard core labor to pay off your debt to society.. Im tired of paying out my hard earned money to support your all's lazy no good ass, you all are worthless, you take up precious air that my kids and my family need........Theres more to life than a high.... You all arent the ones who suffer its ur families, and the innocent kids involved, and then ones that dont even know you and still get hurt.....Come one people.....GET REAL LIVES.... Well I will share my view on this.

I have 3 kids at home, two of which are teen girls. My wife and I communicate with our young people. I call them young people because thats what they are.
They are not beaten or shamed and are honest open, honest and responsible young "people".

If you take time with your kids, have open dialog with them and are patent and understanding you can teach them what they need to know to survive in this messed up world.
I lead by example. I have friends that smoke pot but everyone knows all I do is Dr. Pepper and cigarettes. I wouldn't consider myself one of the "cool guys" but my kids think I am and I am looked up to by my peers for my honesty and integrity. I do not judge my friend for what they do and they do not hassle me for what I don't do.

I can say with out a doubt that my kids would not go down that road. They have seen addiction and what it does to people. I live in a drug free home but I am not closed minded. some people can smoke pot and function in society just fine, I chose not to and thats my own personal choice.

Now there are some people I will not be around. I don't like to be around alcoholics, needle junkies and some hardcore pill heads. I have given them chance after chance and found you can't trust them and more often than not you will be taken advantage of or robbed by one. I teach my kids these life experiences and they are being prepared for life in the best way I know how to offer them.

The corporate privet prison system lobbyist will fight to keep things the way they are because they make money because these things exist. The best thing you can do is to arm your family with knowledge and love and make your home a place they find joy in being. Be mean to your kid and you will drive them right into that mess.

This is only my opinion but I do believe it all starts in the home.

Except now people do know what happened and that they were on drugs, no doubt about it. The "major problem" with Coeburn and Wise County isn't that everyone wants to get into other peoples' business. It sounds to me like you're both insecure and paranoid. Are you also guilty of being on drugs? If not, I don't understand why you have an issue with these people who are unhappy with those who use drugs, then get out and drive and endanger the lives and property of others. The three stooges in the car the other night destroyed someone's vehicle and damaged their property and could've even collided with their house and taken a life or two. When drugs hit that close to home and lives are in danger, that's when it becomes a major issue. The real problem is the amount of drugs that are now going around our small towns and communities. Drugs have always been around, but I feel it's as bad now as it's ever been. Today in Coeburn, there's even a shop that sells "legal" forms of drugs to the public. It's time to wake up and fight for change and realize just how bad it's getting out there.

I use to live in coeburn and everyone there is on drugs. The people posting and talking Sh!t are also on drugs but want to talk about other people when they do the same things. It's there life let them do whatever they want thats the dam point. If people would mind there own business and stop being like they are coeburn and wise county would be a hell of a lot better
