If you like a drug infested slum of a neighborhood, then this is the place for you. A drug dealer sold crack to a sixth grader at Cape View Elementary there. I had to move out because the place was so disgusting. It really shouldn't be. It's two blocks from the beach. People should be able to enjoy a beach community. A bum sat on my front porch when I wasn't home and the cops had to be called on him and it got blamed on me. I was gone the whole day. Do not rent from these people because they will cheat you out of your money. They made me have my carpet professionally cleaned and then turned around and replaced it anyway and charged me for it. Wells Brothers are crooks and slumlords.

[Makes me sad]

I had heard recently that it had become a drug filled slum. It makes me sad, I grew up in Palms East in the 80's & early 90's. It was a great community. Everyone in our section knew everyone. All the parents watched over everyone's kids and it was a very safe, happy place to grow up. Such a shame!

[No problems]

We stayed in September for 10 days and had no problems. Was a great place, people were friendly. Had one guy drive up behind us because we were going to slow and he flipped us off. told the front gate and he took care of it immedietely.. Maybe they are trying to clean the place up..
