many of us recall the right to work bills , yes that phrase sounds good but in right to work states you can be fired for any reason or no reason. That's good for the companies but not for the workers.

Now we have the affordable care act wow that sounds like we can all get cheap health care. Wait a min this is coming from the same people who came up with the right to work crap .

Well it will only benefit those who sell insurance companies and spend our tax dollars such as the IRS who will be in control of it. Hey wait a min what has the IRS got to do with health care , they the ones who everybody hates so much.

Yes again it looks like the American people have been shafted while those at the top reap all the rewards and tell us how good we got it.

Sounds to me like they think we are stupid and are getting away with it.
After all we keep electing the same ones who screw us year after year and then point the finger to blame the other side.

Many of us cannot afford health care. Giving us medical insurance will prevent us from having to use the Emergency Room for minor treatment. It only makes sense.

If you cant afford it now what makes you think anything has changed. Most people who lost their insurance have found Obama care cost more.
I have good insurance from work so good I now will have to pay A 40% tax because of Obama care.
I do not make a lot of money about 24,000 a year but have great benefits. Now my insurance is going to cost me over 330.00 more a month. My employer is not able to absorb that so I have to. Im being taxed because I already have good insurance to the tune of over 4000.00 more a year, yea that's fair.

for those of you who have judged my comments as nuts, spam, clueless and disagree, please feel free to explain why and or debate me on the issue.

Obama spent 650,000,000.00 of our tax money on his wonderful web sight and had 3 years to make it work.
We have all seen how that has gone, and your willing to let the same group of morons handle your health care.
If your dumb enough to let that happen you indeed deserve what you get.

Yes they spent 650,000.000.00 on the web sight and 30 to 40 % isn't done and the rest is screwed up. the price is expected to come close to 1,000,000,000.00
Experts in the field estimate such a sight would cost 10 million to build, on major company offer to build it for free to Obama the idiot and he refused.

The Obama administration has spent the last few days touting progress and fixes to HealthCare.gov , the federal health exchange website that has been plagued by dysfunction for most of the two-plus months it's been online.

But a significant, lingering problem on the back end of the site is still causing complications for insurance companies. And it could provide a rude awakening next month for consumers who thought they purchased a plan through HealthCare.gov .

At issue are "834s," the enrollment forms sent to insurance companies after a customer enrolls in a plan. Glitches on the site have led to garbled, incomplete, or missing forms. The Washington Post reported Monday night that the issue has affected about one-third of customers. The White House disputed the number, but did not offer one of their own.

In fact, the White House has been mostly reluctant to talk about the issue, beyond acknowledging that it's a major problem and pledging to fix the issue.

Obama versus the Previous President who got us into the biggest financial mess EVER ... Is the color of our current governor's skin bothering you so much that you would prefer that government of this?

Anyhow, I am amazed about how CLUELESS many people are about the health care system. Fighting Obama who is trying to get us health insurance instead of supporting him is the dumbest thing EVER.

In terms of health care, let's where the US is:

The World Health Organization's ranking
of the world's health systems.

33 Chile- socialized
34 Denmark- socialized
35 Dominica - socialized
36 Costa Rica - socialized
37 United States of America – PRIVATE – FOR PROFIT

The US system is rated WORSE than ANY European “socialized” health care system. It would NEVER EVER NEVER EVER happen that people die in the ER because they were prioritized before those that have health insurance (like this uninsured woman in Chicago who died in the ER of diabetic-related complications after being refused care); or it would never ever happen that a paraplegic was simply dropped off somewhere on the streets since a hospital didn’t want to bear the cost of caring for him anymore. Remember all those mentally disabled people who are on the street without care. Gosh, these things make me so angry …

Health should NEVER EVER be for profit. Those that have health insurance get OVER-TREATED (often to the detriment) and those that don’t get none.

Government-sponsored medicine is NOT FREE; EVERYBODY pays into it. The problem is that here in the US young or healthy adults don’t really feel a need for health insurance; so only the ones with health problems prioritize it higher. More sick people – fewer healthy people paying into a health insurance will increase the cost of health insurance for those who are buying health insurance. Plus those without insurance go to the emergency room when they do need health. The bills of those that can’t pay will be added on to the bills of those who do pay. Plus ER care is more expensive, plus by the time they get to the ER something that might have been taken care of more easily now escalated into something more serious that requires more expensive treatment.

As far as COST is concerned, no other country pays more for health care than the US – EVEN THOUGH all the OTHER countries provide health care to ALL! Exactly for the reasons I elaborated on above …

sorry under bush in 8 years the debt went from about 6 trillion to a tad over 11 under Obama it went to over 17 trillion in 6 years he should hit 18 trillion or more and double what we owe over the last idiot who was president AKA George jr bush.
Health care should no be for profit why don't you tell that to the drug companies medical eqt builders, schools who train doctors ,nurses etc.

doctors give up 12 years of their life and you don't want them to make profit yet you don't see a issue with Obama and the insurance companies going down on each other .an often in other nations there are waits of months as I have friends all over the euro union and Canada is not as you think.
Obama care was backed by the insurance companies in hopes of getting millions of new customers who had to pay, or be fined and a fine that grows yearly enforced by the IRS by taking I out of your tax refund.
You have no choice in all of this sounds like a communist thing.
Doctors are backing out of Obama care and not accepting it. This will bottle neck being seem ad specialist are almost 100% not taking it .
As for our health care system yes it can be better by increasing taxes as the euro nations do some take as much as 70% of your income. try passing hat here.

Those countries don't have thousands of shyster lawyers sucking the blood from the system.

They don't have our blacks or illegals skewing data.

There's not a straight non-royal tooth in those counties. In the UK people pull their own teeth.

Canadians come to America rather than die of cancer waiting.

They never get to full employment because of the onerous taxes and tariffs socialism requires.

Death panels are tough on the elderly. Euthanasia is on the rise.

, Californians aged 45 to 64 accounted for 45,945 enrollees, or 58 percent of the total. They make up 25 percent of the population. There is concern that if older adults make up too much of the insurance pool, their often-higher medical claims will also threaten the plans

what DID THEY ONLY WANT YOUNG HEALTHY PEOPLE TO SIGN UP AND PAY .
the MORE I THINK ABOUT IT OBAMA MUST BE A NATURAL IDIOT.

Valentina Holroyd of San Ramon, Calif., is very disappointed with her choices on the Obamacare exchange. The Kaiser Permanente plan she's had for the past year is being terminated and the "equivalent" plan for 2014 carries a 29% hike in premiums, plus a host of other cost increases. The retired high-tech saleswoman looked through the policies offered on the exchanges, and the only one comparable in monthly rate would hike her deductible from $1,500 to $5,000. Even worse, her doctor visits, prescriptions and chiropractic appointments would be subject to it, unlike her current plan.

"There's nothing comparable to what we're paying now," said Holroyd, 58, who is not eligible for federal subsidies. "We're angry."

I CAT WAIT TILL THE PEOPLE HERE HA VE TO WAKE UP AND PAY OR HAVE THE IRS TAKE THIER TAX REFUND AS A FIE FOR NOT PAYING THEY WILL ALL WHINE THEN.
