Man fined $5,000 for having trees that are too short.
After a Fla. man says he was fined $100 a day, or $5,000, for having two Magnolia trees that were too short, his homeowners association is defending itself, saying it's not just the height that's the problem, but the number of trees.

If it is the property of the HOA morons; the dang HOA should fence it and maintain it themselves
