I watch this preacher sometimes on my cable station in my home town. The danger is, sometimes, when a preacher have a mega church, the Mega preacher is the only one who prospers and not the members. I hope, true "Empowerment" include the members also. I do think he is a young wonderful preacher, I hope he allows God to keep him humble!!!!

hey ,i watched the pastor jamal bryant live service on fathers day (17-6-07)and there seems to be a problem or crisis in his church. does any one know what the problem is??i dont really know what the problem is but i pray that no matter what it is , that GOd the almighty should be with the pastor and his family in jesus name.for i believe that, he is truely a powerful man of GOD.i love him with love of CHRIST and he is a blessing to the body of christ.i think we all should stand with him in prayer during this time of what so ever is going on.i will sure like to know what is going on.thanks and may GOD bless you.

The crisis is that Pastor Jamal Harrison Bryant, Pastor of the Empowerment Temple has had an adulterous affair with a woman, I am not sure, but it has been said that this woman is a member of his ministry. As a result of his affair he and that woman are expecting a baby really soon. As far as I know he has asked for the forgiveness of his church family. so there was some type of confession.

This is not a rumor. Pastor Bryant had an affair on his wife with another woman in his ministry, and they are expecting a child really soon. He confessed his trangressions to his congregation. His family, and other church leaders tried to keep this a secret for some time now.

this a kind of shocking if its really true but we cannot change what has happen all we can do is join him and ask GOD for forgiveness and msercy.and i truelly pray that the devil should not use this to destroy his ministery and his home.may the lord help his wife in every way and help their marriage.for some reason empowerment temple was off air this gone sunday.this is really sad.

OMG! He needs to leave the ministry. He apparently has a seven year old child that no one knows about. Look him up on MD Judiciary Case Search. He threatened the mother that if she came forward he would have someone kill her!

no man is above sin.we are all living by the grace of GOd.before you judge some one else check yourself.anyone can fall or have a place of stronghold,instead of condeming them why dont you pray for them.pastor jamal has blessed alot of people and i dont think GOD is through using him yet.if all this is really true i think GOD is GOD enough to know what to do with his servant.if i were you i would watch out before i put my mouth on an anointed man of GOD.and for those of you who think pastor jamal should stop being a minister of GOD remember when DAvid committed aldultry with besheaba ,GOD didnot stop him from being a king but GOD diciplined him accordingly.SO why dont you let GOD deal with pastor while you get your mouth off him.and for those ladies who are saying now that they are victims and pastor jamal is the bad guy,where was your holliness when you were willfully having sex with him knowing he was a married man.if he really had any thing to do with you.ps,""I AM NOT CONDULING ADULTRY"".all i am trying to say if you are really so rigeous and holy,PRAY FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY AND HIS MINISTERY.

We all should assume a posture of prayer and thanksgiving... Pray for the man of God, his wife, his children, their mother's, and The Empowerment Temple family as a whole AND give THANKS and PRAISE to our Lord Jesus Christ that if it had not been for HIS GRACE...[You can finish that sentence any way you see fit.]

You never know the struggles/torments that some individuals encounter daily... and don't even think about being anointed on top of that. If the Lord isn't using you, you definitely won't even begin to wrap your hands around that one (don't think about it too hard).

On top of all that, keep in mind that the Lord isn't getting any glory from all of this speculation. HE is a JUST God and HE didn't ask "not a one" of us for our assistance.

God is a HEALER, DELIVER and a RESTORER! I pray that everyone who "confesses" Christ will also live Christ and put their focus and energy into praying for this effective and anointed vessel.

There is a child named Naomi, her mom was my teacher @ my old high school, it makes me sick to my damn stomach to see that beautiful black girl not be a part of the family. I was once a member @ empowerment temple and I've never ever seen Naomi there. That was enough to leave the church. I'm not knocking nobody for making mistakes, we all fall short, but he aint makin mistakes he making babies and he needs to take care and acknowlege ALL OF THEM. From what I can see Ms Wedderburn is a great mom. I take my hat off to her.

must we blame everything on God, Some things we just do, because that is who we are. God gives us choices, I choice to be with him, and I know God, what is right and wrong. But I am not the one preaching, and telling people how to live. We make up so many reasons why we are like we are, and then try to throw God in it. Where was God when we were together? We need to take responsibilty for our actions, repent, and really trust God.
