I would love to get my hands on this piece of property. I have some fantastic ideas for a place like that. My son is a cook and my two daughters have both worked in the food service trade. I've always wanted to open an B&B and maybe a catering facility....but funds are low to non-existant. My ultimate drean is to own this place one day...
