1 You can't have it both ways. One of the two of them were driving. If you believe she is not guilty then the only other person was Tom. We did go to the DA. We actually had several meetings. Her email was given to them. We gave them the pictures of the truck she wrecked. We gave them anything they needed. The last DA said it would be used. I don't know what happened that the DA decided not to use the information given. The last DA said to expect to testify. The trial is over and there is nothing more that can be done other than she can face a civil case. OJ got off but ended up being found guilty in the civil case. Same thing could happen here. When you pick a side, you choose what comes with it. If you say you were friends with both of them but believe she is not guilty, then you are saying Tom was the one driving. There wasn't a 3rd party that drove them off the cliff. |

1 THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!!!! You "get" it exactly!!! Thank you. And you are right...IF she would have been HUMAN enough to speak to my brother and sister-in-law and expressed SOME KIND OF HUMAN EMOTION THAT WAS REAL, they would not have pursued a suit! And how smart of you to bring to the fore front the possibility that she might have another "episode" and this time with her children in the car! You must have really been through the "ringer" with the experiences you had with her. And in the court of public opinion it seems that the verdict would have been much different. Thank you for your post!! I thank anybody and everybody who was able to put yourselves in the parents' shoes (especially). Thank you for acknowledging other peoples feelings. I thank you for your support and most of all I thank you all for your prayers. God Bless all of you, even the people who feel differently than me. Aunt Debbie |

How unfortunate that the world will never know what truly happened that night so many years ago. Many can, have, and will assume to know precisely what happened. After three years of digging the truth was not discovered. From reading the posts in this blog it is evident that there is still much love, much hurt, and much unfortunate hatred.
I pray that each and every person affected by this tragedy will find peace in their hearts to move on and attempt to heal. "If you forgive the failures of others, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive others, your Father will not forgive your failures." Matthew 6:14-15 God Bless Each of You! |

You might learn the definition of words before you preach.
Slander is spoken word. Libel is for written word. |

1 Don't worry we all know the truth. She really doesn't have as many friends as you might think. She sure hates you though.. I guess because you can prove what type of person she is. She likes to rant about she is such a victim. Brett is in love with her (they are "soul mates") so he can't be objective. Notice how many of these posts he was on here attacking people and defending his black widow's honor. Sad really if you think about it. There aren't enough single women in the world to find one who wasn't tried for killing her husband? All I can say to those in Los Alamos is to watch for her driving drunk it is bound to happen sooner or later. It is actually sad that she doesn't realize how many people pretend to be her friend when they actually are not. Clueless I suppose. Jennifer might be brave enough to post her name but in order to get the dirt, I have to keep myself hidden. I just wanted Jennifer and Aunt Debbie to know there are more of us than you might realize. |

Brett,
As far as the warning to P, you were right in the case of the person you mentioned. Those with glass houses should not cast stones. That includes us brother. We have our own. But friend, it's time to leave these people to their hate. Fighting on the internet is pointless. That town is far to narrow minded, and has been doing it for too long to change their ways now. Much less change their minds just because the jury found what they didn't want to hear. There are more productive things to be doing now. Like rebuilding a life after four long years. And that goes for all parties involved. Hopefully see you soon. |
