Is it true that a child was found at the Cobleskill bus garage ,still on his bus after the driver failed to check his bus and left him there and went home ? Rumor has it, it was a judge ? I hope he was arrested and charged !Endangering the wealfare of a child .No one should be above the law !!

What does the driver being a judge have to do with the matter or the griffin price of tea In china for that matter! Being a fellow member of law enforcement i would agree that no one is above the law, bit in that respect if we arrested everybody, everyday for everything that could possibly be considered in the realm of negligence or endangerment there would be no one left free..... In comment to the driver failing to check his bus, i believe this to be a false statement and we should probably have all the facts before we are going to comment or you should be arrested for libel and slander and making false statements.. Cause again like you said NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW(this would include you as well)

Well Mr. Concerned or should I address you as Mr. or Ms. Perfect, how wonderful for you that you are such a (world wonder)not to be inflicted with such pesky human traits like making mistakes or having an off day.If the child were mine would I be upset, yes very much so, would I be mad at the driver you bet ya but I would hope I would remember to have SOME compassion and realize he was only human and sometimes when we humans try and do what is right and it doesn't always turn out that way despite our best intensions.I realize you might not understand that not being human and all.As far as being a judge I agree with the other comment, what does that have to do with anything? And what law did he break? What school did you attend,oh that's right not being human you probably have no formal education, just a babbling idiot! Oh and one more thing I do believe your accusation that driver did not check his bus is incorrect, you might want to recheck your facts Mr.or Ms. Perfect!

I do believe that a child was left on a bus. I also believe that Cobleskill buses have video footage available. I also believe that this driver did check the bus, and simply overlooked this child. I, as a parent would be livid if this happened to my child, but as a person I have to remember that everyone makes mistakes. I am sure that it was not intentional, and I am sure that the driver feels horrible! I can hope for two things one, that the child's parents, although a very large mistake was made, can see that it was a mistake. Two, that the school district will take into account all things and circumstances before making a decision on what to do with this driver. Are they a new or seasoned driver? The fact that the bus was checked, but the child was overlooked, etc., and anything else that should factor in. Who cares if they are a judge? That doesn't matter. My thoughts are with everyone involved, I hope they can reach a compromise for this situation.
