ROSIE'S CAFE in Richmondville, NY (CLOSING OR NOT CLOSING?)

Apr 30, 2008 Full story: 23
It has been confirmed that "Rosie's Cafe" in Richmondville will be closing. Another business that's gone sour. They were doing well when they first opened about a year and a half ago until this long last winter hit us brutally. Business has gone down due to the weather and no one really had a clue on when the nasty falls of snow was going to end. Their business was wonderful. The cheerful staff, great cook, and best of all they were the only restaurant that DELIVERED. (Imagine that, a restaurant that delivered.) But unfortunately they had a downfall. It would have been a greater blooming business if they let their cook try some new ideas for the business, customers pry on things like that, especially in the area. Customers thrive for new taste. Since the owner of Rosie's started letting go of employees due to lack of business, they let go of the best thing they had going in that restaurant since the place opened and that was their morning cook. Since then, people in the area have heard the rumors and started going else where. Many have said time and time again that "their morning cook is their priceless possesion." I, myself believe it to be the truth of Rosie's Cafe. Their cook was the most patient, vast, friendly, and nothing is a special not unless it is made just for YOU, your FAMILY and/or FRIENDS. And so the business that would have picked up more this spring that everyone was looking forward to, all the kids that were hoping for a nice walk on a hot summer day to get ice-cream, has now gone sour. Furthermore, here is the final question...will it close for good or will they change their decissions, make it enough to stay open and bring their employee back? (If so, I will be the first one to be there.) Read more

Also I was in there recently and every table was full they are so busy now. They got rid of the old cook and now look at the business pick up! He must not have been such a price possession.

Wow! Your all ridiculous! Lol he's a big head chef now since and apparently someone here were told lies of their personal life story. Lol furthermore, Rosie's closed down immediately anyways. No one gives a shit about that place no more. Seems like all these forums are crap.
