Civil Rights/Arrest/Jail Violations in GC

Has anyone experienced or know of people who have experienced civil rights violations by the GC Police or Sheriff,or know of misconduct by corrections officers in the GC jail systems. Looking for people willing to report improper arrests and detainments, assaults in jail by inmates or officers to participate in Class Action Civil Rights suit.

being in jail does not limit ones civil rights. many people are in jail w/o breaking the law, just being held on incorrect suspicions. These people also have rights. If the Police brake the law, then they should be in the jale themselves.
