Coalinga State Hospital is investigating allegations that public safety officers used excessive force on a patient during a scuffle last week.

Are they serious excessive-force who do these so called patients think they are. Like the kind of excessive-force they used on there victims. Im sorry but those S.V.Ps are the biggest cry babys. How about the riot they caused where 50 patients attacked staff. That whole hospital is a joke!!!!!
