A brilliant post! Thank you.

John! Go back to your farm in Crawford and play with your little friend behind the oak tree some more. Your intelligence is only exceeded by your neighbors, namely, GW Hoover.

To me, this aspect of her punishment is unfair and cruel. I hope the judge will accommodate her needed treatment in some way or he should be reviewed for unnecessarily risking the health of a prisoner.
WTF are you talking about? Nobody said she would be denied care - I'm sure the prison system will have to ensure she gets the treatments that are necessary. The judge only said she can't remain free due to a scheduled doctor's appointment/treatment.

Debra's lawyer should have been a lot more thorough. I feel the grandmother was kind enough to help the grand daughter get to college. That was a lot more than I could have done for my eight kids and grand kids! And Debra used her for her own selfishness. Where did Debra spend 90 thousand dollars??? WOW!!! I could have had a fun time treating my kids!

My grand daughter does not need this slandering of her name!! She and her husband are having enough problems of their own. They have only been married a few years and are trying to remodel a house they purchased before this horrible story began. Due to Debra's stealing of both our names and S.S. numbers, we have poor credit ratings. My credit report of 105 pages shows these loans are all way past due.The bad thing is: NONE OF THE LOANS ARE MINE! She has ruined my family; I treated her as a daughter when she married my son. Her blood family needs to wake up and see facts instead of blaming us for filing with the Federal Trade Comission.

I'm writing in response to Betty Gerber's assumption that her blood family family is closing their eyes to the situation. As her blood family, we are aware of the charges and do not deny that she committed these crimes. The facts are there, as Betty said. However, we believe that her punishment in a court of law will be just, as it should be. But as a family, we will provide Debbie with support, despite the things that she has sone.
