Lawsuit To Be Filed Against Town Of Dugger

Attorney John Bodine is prepared to take the first steps in filing a lawsuit against the town of Dugger on behalf of Town Dave Heaton.

I'm embarrassed for Dugger! Dwight Nielson has been in office just over a month and already the town is facing 2 lawsuits. Dugger cannot afford 4 years of this guy!

Wonder why the town is under budget its not because of the new board, and should we rename Dugger Peyton Place like Mr. Bodine said.... I would agree with him on this one. dig a little deeper Mr. Bodine and let the truth come out.

Conflict of Interest to hire your own family!!! No Dugger town council has done it for years so why change now?
Mr. Jobe is a fine young man that will work to make this town better so leave it alone and let him do his work, at least someone is willing to help make Dugger a better place. So get over it.

There may be something to the rumor that he was chasing women; however, if there was photo proof, the board would probably provide it. His family wouldn't know about something like that though 'cause I doubt he'd tell them.

Seems to me, the new town council is grasping at straws trying to back their ridiculous attempt to fire him in the first place. If they had anything hard proof, you'd think they'd have produced it by now to save face at least!
