My apologies happy dad, yes you did misquote me. I got my posts mixed up. Never once did I say "who cares anyway?" Obviously the kids family does. But it doesn't change the fact that the kid messed up and died because of it.
I don't disagree with that. He did mess up and as a result he's dead. I find it sad. But I've talked to addicts who want to stay away from it the would be off for years, I even set with a guy one night for 6 hours while he sweated and shook. He was trying to not score. He managed to hold out for 6 more months but he finally gave in. It's powerful. Is it his fault that he's addicted? Absolutely but the part that people fail to understand is youth is foolish. Everybody, well most everybody does foolish things when they are young, most of us live it down. But heroin is a hard thing to ever be free from once you're hooked. Bad choice? Yes, but we all have those. In the end we agree on this. It starts with the kids they have to be warned and educated.

1. I never said that I drink and drive. 2. When you drive your car sober, your actions not only "effects" your life but every other person on the road. 3. If I were to drive drunk, and my drunkenness was the primary cause of an accident that hurt me or myself, I would be to blame.
Again, it has nothing to do with this Kim specifically. It had everything to do with the fact that a drug addict is addicted to drugs because he or she started using drugs. I'm trying to be civil here. I think I'm doing well.

You're a complete tool. You don't know me. You don't know what I've done and what I haven't done. The fact that I'm still here would say that I haven't made that bad of decisions. God. I wish you're father would've have made the decision to use condoms. THAT decision has affected us all, and not in a good way. You ask a question, I answer. You don't like the answer. You change the answer so that you can prove a point. You're not even good at arguing. I hope to god you're sterile.

I grew up with Owen since I was 2 he taught me how to ride a bike. He was probably the sweetest guys you will ever meet. His death was tragic and still hurts me to this day. It WAS an accident. It wasn't done on purpose he over dosed. Seeing these posts makes me cringe because people in coal city are assholes. They waste there time sitting behind a computer bashing other people and there life. No ones perfect so why judge. Owen had so much for him and he was going to quit but got peer pressured into doing it by some girl. (Not stating names). He left behind his mom, dad and sister. I'm very close with his family and to this day we all miss him. I love Owen and wish he was still with us. Maybe then you guys could see how wonderful he was.

Would you all judge this death with the lack of sympathy if it was related to killing yourself slowly with cigarettes??? Drug addiction is a slow death too. Show some compassion for the loving family and friends of Owen. Let him rest in peace please....
