65 and going to jail for life. I'm a year younger than he and couldn't imagine spending the next 20 yrs of my life behind bars while my children and grandchildren come visit me hopefully once a month. How do older mobsters allow their own sons to make the same mistakes as they did? I saw 2 guys that grew up in my neighborhood, and whose fathers were mobsters too, get gunned down before they were even 25 as revenge killings by another mob "family".

Wow, I wonder what made them think they could get away with robbing mob card games? Were they junkies? "Degenerate gamblers" as Tony Soprano would say? Maybe they were just crazy.

They should have never disrespected them. they knew who they were messing with and still did it. Sounds like they were kinda dumb. You also cant go on the word of a turncoat. You cant trust any one who turns on their friends.
