Health Care Bill

If the Heath Care Bill does not pass may I cancel my auto insurance that is also government mandate? I heard that the Supreme Court Judges are arguing that there is no way to implement a cap; there is no cap in the auto insurance industry they may raise prices as they wish. Another argument is that the governemt may not create industry, well they created and mandated that if you own a vehicle you have to have insurance; so yes, they created and expanded an industry. If you own a body you have to be responsible for the damages you do to it and to others, if you can pay out of pocket and prove it then you need not to pay the government mandate just like car insurance. Think, it is not illegal yet!

The key phrase here, which you admit is "if you own a vehicle." And that is not even a foundation for insurance.
For instance, I can own a vehicle and keep it in my collection in my vast warehouse, or simply drive it around my own private property. I do not have to have insurance, not one dime.
However, if I choose to drive it on public roads, and possibly endanger others, insurance is generally required when the car is registered.
This is a choice: to have a car, and to use a car on the public road, and to have it registered with the state.
It is not a choice to live and breathe. This is the foundation on which the health care mandate will fall. Those who simply live would be forced to purchase something or pay a penalty. This is against the freedoms of our constitution and has nothing to do with commerce.
Think about it. I an individual chooses not to use any professional health services in his lifetime, say, live an entirely "organic" lifestyle, or chooses to administer his own health care, guess what? He will be penalized. Penalized for something he may never use, or choose to use. Penalized for living, breathing, existing.
Don't buy the ruse that you somehow owe others because you live and breathe.
The argument that you are responsible for damages you do to others is already protected by our judicial system. Ever hear of being sued? When does this happen? When a crime or injustice is committed, that's when. Since when is it a crime to breath and live?
I agree; one should think. Think about your freedom floating away. Think about your children and grandchildren being forced to buy a crappy little electric car, live in a government ordered cardboard apartment, having the treasure you have left them gathered up by politicians and "administered" to the more deserving, as determined by government bureaucrats. Think about your own food; the next stop in health control is food control. Why wouldn't you be forced to buy broccoli and carrots just like the insurance, and penalized for purchasing potato chips and soft drinks. What do you think is coming?
Think, then think again... yes, there are problems in the health care system. How about this? I want to put away $100 a month to be used toward my health care only; will the government let me do this tax-free? NO. My own attempt to care for myself is spanked by our wonderful government. If I set aside $10 million for my own health care, I would still be forced to buy insurance under Obama. Think some more, don't be an idiot. You are sheep, ripe for the slaughter through ignorance and media bias. And you don't even know it...
