The entire McClister family is nothing but trouble. They have no respect for anyone or anything. I've questioned why they have never been locked up for any length of time (oh sure, a couple of them have done minor time). I question why we see the name McClister over and over again in the court notes. Now, they were free once again to burglarize. Adair County! What does it take to put these people away?

My child is a Mcclister and I have taught him that all that stealing and drugs are wrong..So before You go putting down all the Mcclister's just remember there is little kids running around with that name and they cant help what the others have done , so for RESPECT of the kids with that name dont sit on here and put all them down.

I can respect that. But if you want them to have any chance at all you need to get them out of here. Small towns are notorious for labeling people by their last names alone. Your children only have a chance if you can provide a better influence on them. Good luck to you!

I don't know where you got your information but I think you need to go recheck things. I know everyone over there, INCLUDING the Mcclisters and they all are not bad people.So where ever you heard this from is nothing but a lier and before you come on here and start putting people down and dragging people's name through the dirt, make sure you find out that it's the truth before you do it...

I am a McClister originally from town. I have never been in trouble or caused any trouble. I married a Melson and live on Melson Ridge. If this was your family name being defiled on topix then you would stand up for it just as I am. So if you have something to say about me or my family put your name on here as I did. If not quit the slurring of people's names and backgrounds. As far as that goes you don't choose what your last name is when you are born you inherit it. So you should always be proud of who you are and where you came from. There are people in everyone's families that do things wrong and that is not something I think should be discussed on topix.
