Man pleads guilty to third-degree murder in York shooting

A Maryland man remains in York County Prison, awaiting sentencing for his part in a shooting that killed a York City man three years ago.

this is true but he is my man and i know that he is onnocent and if you would follow his case you know that he is innocent and is not going to take 25 to 50 years so he took a plea for ten to fifteen because his star witness is in the Navy.

I'm not sure where your getting that he is innocent. He pleaded guilty! That isn't innocent to me. I'm sure your going to listen to your 'man' but was u with ur man when this all happened? Was u there when they was all talkin about what they was to do after it happened? He was there right along with Mel and Shannon. The only innocent person out of all of it is Frank and he is sitting for something he didn't do. As for the 'star witness' that's in the Navy...he is far from innocent too. Gun jammed?? I hope no one believes that. Shannon said that to cover his butt. He snitched on them all when he should be sitting right along with them. Just deal with everything and realize that this is finally over and like I already said there is a INNOCENT man doing time and there is a NON INNOCENT man allowed in the Navy serving our country. That makes no sense.
