You voted against gaming at Konocti Harbor Inn claiming it ruins lives.
Claimed you were unaware of the Vote on gaming July 8, 2008.
Even though you had your campaign signs hanging Konocti Harbors Billboards and fences.
Stating you were a victim and did not know about it.
Turned a Blind Eye when they opened a Pot Store in the Riviera.
Businesses have been broken into to get to that pot.
That is in spite of the trial of Renato Hughes trial in which Marijuana
was the reason for the break in.
That a young man was bashed with a baseball bat and received injuries.
Two young men the perpetrators were shot dead.
There is Renato Hughes murder trial attached to that one.
That had to me moved out of County.
Now here we are withh 5000 Marijuana Plants found on your property.
The Sheriffs Department finds it and you claim again you did not know about it.
It seems you do not know about one thing. Accountibility.

Cops should have slowed down and staked it out for awhile. Maybe they could have actually arrested someone for this crime.

What a grammatically needy headline "Lots...."!

I realize newspapers print articles with simply language, but the use of "lots" really is pathetic.

"The mexican came running out of the brush" yelling in Spanish.

Let me guess his name was Speedy Gonzales, and he yelled Ariba!, Ariba!

C'mon Brown is that what you come up with?

And you did not know your colleagues were planning on voting the Konocti gaming?

Things that make ya go Hmmmmmm...

Sounds like Mitchel has your back in all these instances?

If you are that naive? perhaps you should not be one of our SUPS.

It is so comforting that California is spending so much money to find "Pot", when the state is in such dire financial trouble. I'm sure the schools could use the money!

I believe in California around 1.5 billion spent each year to find pot and another billion or so spent to incarcerate people for it. SERIOUS WASTE OF MONEY. Wake up America. Your Federal Government puts pot up there with hard drugs. We around here know a little different i don't really like seeing a lemon faced tweeker out and about when i am shopping. so please explain to me how pot is anywhere as bad as that junk. You can't give me ONE good reason. As far as the business in the Riviera Prop 215 passed in 1996 so get over it district 5 supervisor. Full blown legalization and taxation is needed. our government is simply passing up to much tax revenue. Getting rid of the black market would reduce the crimes such as those in Clearlake.

And i thought the adds from the Drug Czars office said all drug dealers are terrorists so is Rob on his way to Guantanamo Bay.

America Is Losing The War On Drugs.

$75 billion per year of public money, exacts an estimated $70 billion a year from consumers, is responsible for nearly 50 per cent of the million Americans who are today in jail, occupies an estimated 50 per cent of the trial time of our judiciary, and takes the time of 400,000 policemen -- yet a plague for which no cure is at hand, nor in prospect.

So the "greatest" country ever is losing a war

To even suggest Brown was growing pot is ludicrious. A mexican came out of the field and started yelling and religious candles were burning.Catholic ones. Brown isnt Catholic.Theres alot more to the story too. Read it and then youll know he knew nothing about it.

So there was one brown skined guy and a few items with spanish writing on them. How could you come to any other conclusion than it must be the "Mexican Mafia"? It seems to me that racisism kills a lot more people than pot. How many people have died from pot overdose in the last 40 years? And how many have died as a result of racist beliefs in that same time?

Who's the drug lord here? How do we know these people aren't Colombian guerrilla's guarding the pot fields in Lake County. There needs to be a IRS audit of the Brown family's assets. What about the Iran Contra affair. I've often wondered about Charlie Brown. I know his son Bob.

What about the helicopters flying all over the mountain? What happens if one crashes while the men are repelling out like spiders? What about the guys in the restaurant with sunglasses? How come the fire dept wasn't on scene just in case? They must have been given the all clear. That must mean someones been watching. The rest of the town should be on alert. Were the neighbors at risk.
