Buying a house at 130,000?My husband & I are looking to buy a house. We have a bit of money saved up. This is all new to us so we had some questions about it. We are looking at a house that's asking price is 136,000. That leaves room for negotiation, right? How much would the down payment be at say 130,000? He has great credit. I don't know the exact score. We don't currently have anything in our name as collateral so we don't think we could get a bank loan. We would rather save up the down payment money. So, how much would it be? Thanks so much, if anyone can help me more or give me more information please let me know!
