Too bad for the area.
More group control law. The citizenry will suffer as before.

If Lee gets re-elected the people of Alamogordo have no one to blame but yourselves. Get up, get out and vote the HUG A THUG judges, DA's , GAL's and anybody that is not doing their job accordding to law and to the best of their ablility out. That's the only way you can make change. You can make a difference. Don't keep the same old way of doing business here in Alamogordo. www.lascrucesgrapevine.com

My dog got loose. I had to see Judge Lee. Even with a mike in front of his he was difficult to understand.Told him I am hard of hearing, I read lips a little. Could he speak up,show me his face? Anyone who's been before him has seen how he is hunched over and almost hidden from view. My requests changed nothing. I told him that in answering I was having to guess at the question. Still no assistance. He told me he didn't want to see me for 6 months. My dog was (as I would think he knew)at that time in the pound from getting out again. Now I suppose I could have committed suicide. I did not.On my second time before him I tried to sit front and center same as the first time. This helps with my hearing loss. I was blocked from sitting on the front row. I was crowded from sitting in the center of the room. When I realized that I was being bullied into sitting far from being able, as much as seating allowed, from sitting where I could see the Judge's face I quickly sat in the chair I was in front of. I did this to keep from sitting any farther away than I already was, The deputy behind me was crowding me forward. I almost missed the seat because the deputy shoved his forearm into the small of my back.Once again if you have been in the courtroom you know how visible what had happened was. Nothing was done about, as though this is acceptable behavior. I am not large I am not young.

I feel the man dose listen in my openion he dose not take his listening skills to judgement in my opinion the officer does not even need to speak in court neither shall you the officer has some type of immunity when you do not carry the same immunity Code of Conduct mean nothing in the municipal court of Alamogordo New Mexico now I love Alamogordo District Courthouse fair Judges in each room fair trail and every consideration of code of conduct non other then some good justice I will admit if district court finds you guilty looks like you are guilty
