A few years ago I drove my Father In Law thru Tulie, and he asked me a simple ? "what is the purpose of this town being here and how does it survive"?I had no real good answer. Now I have an answer. To set up and maintain a speedtrap to raise money to setup and maintain a speedtrap.I wish the state would move the road and save us the trouble of a shakedown.BTW didn`t Capitan try this a few years ago?
