Well it might not be a good ideasl to post this type of stuff, i understand you are wanting people to be aware of a troubled life with abuse, but the law don't care, that is a sad thing, but you;'d be better served to keep any defence to yourself an show your hand at the court hearing, all you can really hope for is a lesser charge when it goes before the courts, i do understand you want to help your Brother, but this might not be the best way to ensure your brother gets a fair hearing, drugs will only make him appear more gulity the law see's it has murder, to take ones life is just that, Murder, now if he can show that he an your mother were in fact abused but your step dad, all this will help Tony but don't think he will just walk away with out some jail time, i wish your family well, i really do,

People, come on. Be sensible. Daniel Mishoe is in the Bennettsville, SC jail for murder, 1st degree larceny, 2nd degree arson and descreation of a human body. He went through the hearing process and was denied bond. Daniel went in Larry's room late, late, at night on the night of the 12th that had already turned into the mornig of the 13th. Larry had been sleeping and Daniel jumped on Larry, killed him, tried to drag his body out to dump him and couldn't because of the dead weight. He put piles and piles of clothes on top of Larry's body and left him there to rot. On the morning of the 15th Daniel poured gasoline on all those clothes and set Larry on fire. In the days in between Daniel stole over $1,500 off of Larry's body. He stole a small fortune in silver coins, Larry's wallet and his truck. In the days between him killing Larry he hung around the furniture as usual lying to people telling everyone that Larry had gone on vacation. Daniel called Tony on the morning of the fifteenth and told him he had done something terrible. You tell me he killed his dad on the 13th and waited until he had set him on fire to call Tony. Larry was a minister for over 20 years. When he was married to Tony's mom he beat her one time not this stuff Tony is telling. Tony lived with Larry and Barbara not his grandparents. Larry raised those kids as his own and his own children were not even allowed to visit because Barbara did not want them around. Larry's life with Tony's mother was a nightmare because of things she did. Find honest people that knew Larry and you will find the truth. What kind of lawyer is this that is supposed to have advised someone to kill their husband? I thought lawyers were suppose to uphold the law and advise clients to uphold the law! Someone needs to advise Bob Crumley in High Point, NC that Tony Anthony has put this on a blog about him. Sounds like slander to me. Maybe Mr. Crumley can sue Tony Anthony for slandering his name.

This shooting was an accident that happened 35 or 40 years ago. His first wife did not file charges against Larry who was her husband. These things that happened many, many years ago God forgave Larry for when he was saved. Tony has to bring things in from years ago that do not even apply to this situation. Daniel murdered his Dad who did without so Daniel could have things. Larry took Daniel to Bennettsville, SC with him because Tony and Daniel was being evicted for non payment of rent. Daniel told Larry he was getting off drugs that he would get a job and help in the furniture store too. Larry paid over six hundred dollars a month for Daniel a place to live, he bought him a cell phone and had it added to his (Larry's bill), he gave him his car to drive. Daniel is a 29 year old man who was living off his dad. Larry slept in a little room on the side of the furniture store that measured 10x10 or maybe 10x12. He had a double bed in this room, a desk, a refigerator, clothes racks and other things. A lot of nights he slept with the door opened because there were no windows for air. How much room does that leave for a 63 year old man to attack a 29 year old that is built like he is on steroids? Daniel came in the room while Larry was asleep. How could Larry possibly owe Daniel money when he was already keeping him up. Daniel had a job in Rockingham, NC and then a job in Florence, SC but yet Larry was keeping him up. Use common sense here. Self defense, no, I think not, when Larry was hit with an iron skillet up side the head so hard the handle on the skillet broke, had some heavy things dropped on him and then stabbed over and over with a screw driver. Daniel murdered his dad.

Oh, I forgot this. The day Larry's body was found Daniel confessed to murdering his dad. He told the police he stole his dad's truck and told them where they could find Larry's wallet. He also told them about the money he stole off Larry's dead body. The police found blood on a pair of Daniel's shorts, on a shirt and on his shoes. The police had a dog that sniffed out the smell of the gasoline on Daniel's clothes and in Daniel's room. Larry's funeral was a closed coffin because he was messed up so badly that he could not be opened for veiwing.

Hey man, you say Daniel called Tony after he set the fire. Bro, you know that phone records can be gotten and checked by law enforcement. If they should pull phone records and Daniel talked to Tony between the 12 of June and the 15 of June then the South Carolina Police Department in Bennettsville if they haven't already will investigate Tony Anthony for any connection he might have to his stepdads murder.
