THAT PLACE SUXS..THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYESS LIKE CRAP.. AN US CNA'S HAVE IT THE WORST...

from what i hear they have problems keeping people.. maybe its a administrative problem?

they do treat their employees like crap. those cna's work hard. their job is a hard one, they really do have it bad. nursing home work is a tough job for anyone. the nursing home is always understaffed, so if one aide is out sick or something, then it is double hard for the other aides. believe me, all nursing homes are out for the godalmighty dollar, not patient care.

AMEN TO THAT breezy... thats all they care about the almighty dollar.. i wonder how they will answer when they are in frnt of the almighty an have to answer for what they have done? i know the cna's an nurses have it hard always understaffed, shorthanded, an always have the front office down their necks when something isnt done right. i wonder if those in the front office remember how hard it was to be on the floor..?? maybe they ned a refresher??

I worked there about 25 years ago looks like nothing has changed. I was wondering if anyone has a picture of the Flag pole and base out front. I built the base and set the pole when I worked there. I used to have a picture of it but it is long since gone.
