Rude, dishonest. We made the mistake of letting them come by once. It was supposed to be one hour the guy stayed for two and a half and would not leave even as it reached 10:30 at night. We finally had to kick him out and then we were half afraid that he wasn't going to leave. Now they wont quit calling us with their "surveys" . I just filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals office.

helping my elderly friend organize and pay her bills and found a old statement with $3062. billed by Sound Air Solutions. Evidently they sold her a portable air filter and a "surface" cleaner and allowed her $ in on her old vaccume cleaner. Come on....I wish I had known about this. I am pretty sure she was ripped off. I could have purchased a "surface" cleaner for a couple hunderd to 500 or 600 and a portable air cleaner for probably much less as well....BE VERY CAREFUL

after taking there survey they called back about a mount later and said my name was pulled out of a drawing and that i was picked to receive 1 of 3 gifts of my choosing they said they were very thankful and would deliver it personally after i told them they could not come in my house as they were complete strangers they hung up on me when i called to get my free gift for completing there survey they said that it was just a marketing technique and that i would not receive the gift because i would not let them in my house

thank you for saving my time, when i called to cancel my interview thats when Cody was saying i shouldnt trust your response or what i read on the internet.. which is where i found his add (craigslist) its obvious that its a pyramid scam and expected a young female to go into strangers houses... door to door.. thank you daisy.

that company was extremely aggressive when i canceled my interview, which i did due to the door to door aspect, that was not included in the job description. i do not recommend applying unless your alright with the taxes that come with independent contracting.

Dishonest advertising left on your door means dishonest people running a dishonest company. Be VERY careful.

They left a note on my door that pretended to be a DELIVERY NOTICE, claiming they had a package for me. It is just a con to get you to call them so they can try and sell you something.

Honest, legitimate businesses do not need to trick you and lie to you to get you to use their services. Think about it.

I was called by a super sweet lady on the phone who was so nice to help me pick out my gift .... The whole thing was fun for my kids they had a blast in the demo. I don't know why every one has such bad things to say

My wife and I were called for a survey and were called back a few days later, by a very polite marketer, to deliver our gift (bbq set) we were showed two air filters (amazing). Very entertaining presentation with our two kids.
We did not find them pushy in any way. Maybe everyone else just had a bad experience??

Oh my GOD!! I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! I heard of this company so I was a "mystery shopper" for a quick demonstration. The man came to my home, with the gift of course, and we greatly enjoyed each other's company. I wasn't in the market of course, but he showed me just WHY these things are priced as is. He showed me why my vacuum "cleaner" (or ALL vacuums I should say) aren't doing us any favors, but making things WORSE!! I talked to his managers who were extremely helpful and we worked out a special plan for myself so that I could afford them after the holidays even :-)

I HIGHLY recommend this company, if not for the people, then by all means for the product!!!

Thank you sound air solutions!!!

I keep reading all of these comments and I think the people who have negative things to say are the people that are very close minded.

If you actually went thru the presentation, you'd know that you can't just buy a vacuum and call it good, you need grade A material to effectively keep your house clean.

If anybody gets the benefit of going thru this demo, ask for Haily, she is so sweet, isn't pushy, and knows how to make you feel great with this product in your home! The managers helped her and I come up with a great way to let me afford the product. She mentioned something about efficient spending which makes perfect sense.

Everybody else obviously doesn't want a clean healthy home for the rest of their lives!!!(Something she kept saying)

Ha ha definitely get the product, and get the appointment. Ya for Sound Air =)

It began with a lie. A survey to get my opinions to five questions and a promise to not try to sell me something. I am on the national do not call list, but surveys are exempt. A week later another phone call offering my choice of three gifts as a thank you for taking the survey. I asked if they were trying to sell me something and they hung up on me. I called the number on my caller ID and got a busy signal. This is wrong on so many levels. I hope the Attorney General throws them in jail.

It starts with a survey then they call you to tell you you won a free gift, then they want to deliver the free gift in person. THEN they bring an insanly expensive Air Purifier into your home and try to high pressure sell you the air purifier and a vaccum system, which when I googled it I could get it online for a HUGE amount less, thousands less.
They are horribly agressive. I've gotten the "free gift" now about 4 times and have yet to let these kooks into my house. Now I've figured out the survey and am not taking it anymore. My elderly father let them come to his house and was amazed at how hard it was to get the guy to leave.
BE AWARE of this place Sound Air Solutions.

My fiance and I went through the demo, which took about 4 hours. We were impressed with the product, but couldn't afford to pay the kind of cash they wanted. Mr. Shady Salesperson makes a call to his boss, who tells us he can get us approved for financing. My fiance filled out the forms, and after a long time of him "negotiating" with his boss, he told us we were approved. We could get the vacuum and the two air purifiers. He was just going to drop off the one purifier, then he would bring the second one the next day. But, before he left, he was going to give us an even better deal if we trade in our old crummy machines. We did, and thought all was well. Two days later, they call us to say there was a "system error" and they need the full amount because our credit wasn't approved. Of course, we couldn't afford the thousands of dollars they wanted, so they said they would have to take the items back. Now, that's when I got the clue they were a shady organization. I mean, he said we were approved and the machines were ours. So why were they harassing us about giving the stuff back. They pounded on our door multiple times, and kept calling us. We stuck the items on the porch and told them to pick them up. When we thought it was done, they came back again, pounding on the door at night. I refused to answer because I didn't want anything more to do with them, and they didn't call before they came over. It turned out we forgot to give them their brush and filters. I put them in a bag on my front porch and told them to pick them up. They are now saying they are going to call the sheriff because we are "withholding their property" and because we put the stuff on the porch, and it could have gotten stolen. Now, we are left feeling harassed, violated and very disillusioned. AND we don't have a vacuum. These guys are shady beyond belief. It's funny to me that our problems weren't because we didn't buy any equipment, but happened after we did. NEVER EVER let these guys into your home. I forgot to mention while the guy was doing the demonstration, he kept making comments about our "nice televisions." I find myself worried that he may break into our home. I know it sounds dramatic, but they have been coming over at all hours, calling multiple times and have threatened us. It just doesn't seem right that they can actually get away with running their business like this.

Deceptive business group. Do not respond to there unsolicited "Delivery Notice" under any circumstances. They prey on the elderly and the unknowing.

I hated working for this company! I feel terrible for how I was forced to treat people like their privacy is unimportant! I haven't worked for this company for almost two years and I'm sssoooo glad I'm working for someone better now!

Company told me they were going to come to my home and display their product with no obligation to buy. That's exactly what happened. And I received a free gift from them! No complaints here!
