My wife and I came here looking for a couch. We found a couch that we wanted and it was for a fair price. We bought it and they said it would be here october 1st-the 5th, which was right in time for a party we were having. So friday the 5th came around and our couch still wasn't there, we called and he said it could be here tomorrow or sometime next week. They called us the next day and said that our couch did arrive, but it wasn't the right one. So we called again a couple days later and they said it could be another 20 days until the couch would arrive. Needless to say, we still haven't seen our couches, and its been way too long. They still have no idea when they will arrive either. We talked to my wifes sister who also bought something through them, informed us that they had the same trouble. Ordered their couches and got them about 3 months later. Horrible service, they won't give us a discount or a refund, i will NEVER buy anything from them again, and i would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone else either. Horrible service, i sure hope when our couches do come, if ever, that they are nice couches. Cause nothing is worth this.

So I'm on a fixed income. I saw an online ad for a couch that I really fell in love with. I called and the guy assured me that the couch on the ad was really the one selling for the price on the ad. I went there only to be told by some very rude old guy that it wasn't that couch. The couch I wanted was $699. And the one for the price listed was horrible! it looked like someone lived on it. Fortunately, I had emails on my phone from another guy there that confirmed that the couch I wanted was $400. The salesperson (I use that term lightly) huffed and puffed and stomped his way to the front and got my info and I paid for the couch. That was on a Wednesday. Come to find out, my order didn't get done until the following Tuesday. They said not to worry, that they always get big shipments in and I'd probably have my couch in about a week. I gave it 10. when I called, the guy yelled at me and reminded me that the except clearly said it could take 8 weeks or more. I told him what I was told and he said "what do u want me to do, that's how it works. You just have to wait. " ok, fine. I waited another week. By now it's been close to a month. I called again. Rude again. Was told that my couch should be with the shipment that they were to get the following week. No couch. Called back another week later and the guy yelled at me saying that my couch was in California and he was trying to find a way to get it here and he would call me right back. Never called. I'm only speculating, but I'm thinking that my couch came from a sweat shop in mexico. That would explain the low price. I called again, finally my couch was there. 10 weeks after I ordered it. I was told that they would throw in an ottoman for the trouble. I got the couch. I hate it. Its hard as a freaking rock. I have ms, and this is like sitting on the floor. And no ottoman. I regret ever stepping foot into that place and dealing with their drama. Oh, and they told me it was Ashley. What a lie. Its not. Its a sad excuse for a knockoff. Never ever again. Don't do it. You will regret it!!

I would never ever recommend this store not even to my worst enemy. I will probably end up in court with this store. The constant lies that have been told by them... I cannot even believe the nerve they have to lie after lie after lie. Google them. Read every review you can find. Read the BBB page about them. IF after all that you think you still want to shop there, ONLY GIVE A 10% DEPOSIT. On a CREDIT CARD. Get every single detail in writing. The time they promise you should be the timeframe on the receipt. If you buy more then one item get individual prices in writing. Then when 60 days has come file a dispute with your credit card company for your deposit back because they certainly won't refund it. If ANYONE has had trouble with this store, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you see this post in the near future. I am trying to establish a pattern of fraud and dishonesty in a legal forum or at the very least on the local news.
