I want to say that that wonderful, beautiful, brave woman, was my sister.....Her name was Candy WAlker and she was a dedicated Hospice nurse whom had done her job with compassion and dignity for the family and patients.... She leaves behind a loving husband, three beautiful children,son-in-law and two amazing gorgeous grandchildren. Two sisters and a brother whom loved/loves her with all their hearts and miss her already to our very soul..... We have a precious mother who loved us above all others except the Lord.....She will also be missed by our father and his wife....And she now will go to live with the Lord with our sister and brother and our Daddy! Thanks to ALL that helped with her when she had the accident..... the gentleman who talked to her until help arrived.... the woman that put the apron over her to help keep her dry..... and to the medical attendants that tried to saved our precious, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and grandmother.......Some things we may never understand but we know that we loved with all our hearts and soul and our precious GOD loves us and will help us to understand....We will never let her memory die.....she will be remembered and her children and grandchildren will always know what a wonderful mother/grandmother she was......Her legacy will be there for each and every one of us! Thanks again and tell everyone you love each and every day how much they mean to you because it may be the last time you are given that chance.....God Bless All!

I am very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers to all the family and friends of Candy. I did not know her personally but it sounds like she was a wonderful woman. May God be with you all throughout this difficult time.

My husband was the gentleman who stayed with her, he was waiting to turn up our drive when she wrecked. He was really so sad the she did not make it...wished had been able to do something more.
