The facts so far are, something was amiss with the drug fund and it was reported. Next, sheriff is accused of trying to bully the whisltle blower. Sheriff being what he is thinks he is justified in bullying the do-gooder wants to keep his job. A more enlightened mind steps in and fires the sheriff. Possible ?

Why is it when someone gets put out of office, the first thing that is brought up is things from the past etc. go look in your own closet before pointing fingers at everyone else, there is noone perfect on this earth and never will be. I saw the last comment, and why would someone want to start a problem between him and his wife at this time. That is none of our business, even though it is wrong if true. I just can't understand people praise someone as long as things are going good, but you let something happen and the dirt starts getting thrown. I am not perfect never have been never will be, but before I go slinging things, I look in the mirror and I think about skeletons in my closet. God help us to love our fellowman, and to speak words of kindness. Thank you.

There are plenty of great officers making sure we are safe. I don't know Becker though. I do know he was at Lake City but is now acting Chief. Isnt a council meeting suppose to take place tonight? I am sure if there is then the city bldg will be packed to the gills.I hope the local station will cover it. Its always interesting when the floor is open to comments.
