i have to agree with your dads a looser it is really hard to get fired from eagle bend you have to miss a lot of work in a short time in order to loose your job for points. I have worked for them for about two years.They do work alot of hours but you get paid well for it. In most cases if you need a weekend off they will work with you. If you have to leave for an emergency they usually understand. If you do get a point oh well it comes off in 30 days big deal.

there are a bunch of gossiping busy bodies at eagle bend. They spread rumors that are not true at all most of the time and it will come back on them one day.

Yeah I worked there for 5 months and tim phillhps melsa and sandy and I'm talking ab sandy that is over relay for life the all got me fired cause one tim was afrad for his job cause I am a better welder but all I was there for was to work and make money for my 2 kids

I loved it. Its about time Eagle Bend cleans up their house I'm proud to call them part of my family. I spend alit of time there and see alot of shot that goes on Now with this new policy in place it can only get better.Drugs are not the furture

If u mean management when u say "them" u are dead wrong if the workforce votes in a union there is absolutely nothing management can do to stop the people from doing so. Its against federal law.
