THey have hired 52 people in the last 2 months and still hiring monthly. Good insurance, good pay. Long hours and very stressful.

All I will say on this is that I worked their for 4 years got laid off in 09. They told me that if I wanted to come back I had to come back as a temp. Then after a month with out a day off they let me go. Still haven't got an anwser why.

Eagle bend mgf. is nutthing but a p.o.s place. my dad put in 14yrs and bc of some dumb bitch that works there they fired him over it!...dont work there...bc if u have a kid and that kid gets sick or gets hurt they take point and after so many point u lose ur job and they never let u off! and the insurance is bullshit also!

I got hurt fell and split my knee open and i called dad and he told them & thy wouldnt let him leave so he just left cause he was the one who had to sign me and shit...and they gave dad 3 points for it....i thought it was bullshit!...bc my mom wasnt in the picture.

Hate to hear that...Some production plants is like that...I worked at a place like that for years...How many points does he need before it gets serious (termination)? We played the system (points and vacation time) and knew how far we could get away with it because after so long the points went back to zero...Heck, even management were doing it!

Don't work there they treat people like work horses. If u don't have your nose stuck in management a$$ like some there your just screwed,and stuck to work like a dog. But if your like Katy G. Then u can walk around thinking your the shi@ and not do anything.

I've worked in mgmt for 10yrs (not at eagle bend) and I have sat in on several termination hearings that had to deal with attendance. Every time the employee would be whining, my kid was sick, my car broke down, my poor sick mother was in the hospital. That may have been true but they could never answer for the other 10 absences that lead up to their termination. People like that play the system and miss as much time as they can and still keep their job, whenever they have a legitimate excuse for being out they are out of vacation, call-in, personal days etc. and they are terminated for points. Then they go back and tell everyone "Can you believe they fired me because my daughter cut her leg and I had to take her to the hospital"

Eagle bend has alot of chief and not a lot of indians. They push and push they dont care all they want is numbers we got to get those numbers every hour .Its been hotter than hell in there you know it hot when you have to go out side to cool off,Gary Walker sucks he is so cluess dont even know whats going on he just walks arounds when shipping calls wanting to know where there parts are he falls apart
