First of all you both need grammar lessons, second of all if you don't want kids drinking in your house then don't let them, third of all it's none of your snoopy noses business what other people are doing within their own home unless it effects you or your children personally

This is exactly what is wrong with society. Whatever happened to it takes a village to raise a child.
Drinking with your underage child is never a responsible choice.
As far as it not being anyone's business these children will become adults and enter society and then their actions become everyone's problems!

And or the record in Louisiana it's legal to drink at home with your kid if the are under adult supervision. You know what that caused?? Less dui's less accidents and less teenage deaths due to drunk drivers. Or did you stupid fucks forget there's other shot out there besides what's in front of your face

Peter Delany, the director of SAMHSA's Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality, said the earlier that teens start drinking, the more likely they are to become alcoholics.

"When kids under age 15 start drinking and drinking heavily, they are about six times more likely to end up with alcohol problems," he told the Wall Street Journal. "This report isn't designed to say,'Bad parents!' It's designed to say,'Here's an issue you should pay attention to.'"

A British coroner has ruled that Amy Winehouse‘s death was the unintended result of drinking too much alcohol. An investigation had determined the singer had more than five times the legal driving limit of alcohol in her body at the time of her death.

Excessive drinking can be hazardous to everyone's health! It can be particularly stressful if you are the sober one taking care of your drunk roommate, who is vomiting while you are trying to study for an exam.

Some people laugh at the behavior of others who are drunk. Some think it's even funnier when they pass out. But there is nothing funny about the aspiration of vomit leading to asphyxiation or the poisoning of the respiratory center in the brain, both of which can result in death.

Do you know about the dangers of alcohol poisoning? When should you seek professional help for a friend? Sadly enough, too many college students say they wish they would have sought medical treatment for a friend. Many end up feeling responsible for alcohol-related tragedies that could have easily been prevented.

Common myths about sobering up include drinking black coffee, taking a cold bath or shower, sleeping it off, or walking it off. But these are just myths, and they don't work. The only thing that reverses the effects of alcohol is time-something you may not have if you are suffering from alcohol poisoning. And many different factors affect the level of intoxication of an individual, so it's difficult to gauge exactly how much is too much (BAC calculators).

What Happens to Your Body When You Get Alcohol Poisoning?

This is sobering food for thought as we head into the backyard beer-and-barbecue season: David Leone, a 26-year-old man of Vandergrift, PA is heading to prison for buying alcohol that a minor consumed. Leone pleaded guilty for furnishing beer for a party where a sixteen-year-old girl proceeded to drink herself to death. Lynn Scheuring died of alcohol poisoning with a blood level of 0.44 — five times the legal limit in PA.

Leone has been sentenced to six to 23 months prison time for providing the alcohol and of furnishing alcohol to minors and the corruption of minors. The woman who was renting the house where the party occurred is also serving up to 23 months for involuntary manslaughter. Given that the people sentenced to prison merely provided the setting and means — and didn't force the girl to drink to excess — should they be punished for what was ultimately her own choice?

A 41-year-old Slate Belt woman should be held reponsible for the deaths of three teenagers who died in an April car crash because she created a "safe haven" at her home for them to drink alcohol before the accident, prosecutors charged Thursday.

Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli, in what he called a groundbreaking case, said Judith Claire McCloskey, now of Bangor, is criminally liable for the deaths of the three Slate Belt teens who were among the more than 50 people who drank beer at her former 1131 Benders Church Road home in Plainfield Township on April 28.

Well my child came home the other night and smelled of weed and beer. And if I find out where and with who and who got it for them I will notify the police. 15 is way to young to start doing this. What right do other kids parents have to get this stuff for them?

That's all kids do in Clinton! There were at least 20 places having party's in Clinton on New Year's Eve. Something needs to change! When I was young we had Main Street to hang out it was a social thing, cars were bumper to bumper on a week end night, what the cops did was force the kids away from down town. Kids used to sit around and hang out, there no place like that now.
