Well that really teaches the value of life! How is it any skin off of that Judge's nose to make that evil witch serve her full sentence? I am so tired of people committing crimes and not having to face any consequences. This is what's wrong with this country-people know that they can get away with just about anything. If I were in that Judge's jurisdiction I'd vote him or her out!

I can't believe that the judge is not holding her to the maximum 18 months in jail!! If you ask me, these laws are way too lenient.

People like this should never be allowed to own an animal. Another article talks about her and says that she has gotten multiple warnings about the condition of her horses over the years. So this was something she knew she was doing. If they won't put her in jail for a long time put a heavy fine of $50,000 or more on her and ban her from every owning another animal.

It's kind of like another news article I read about another lady who owned a couple dozen horses. There were complaints that the horses were very sick and that there was a lot of dead horses. They found out that this lady was injecting them with her diatetes medication. They found a lot of syringes all over the stables.

She should be starved like she starved those poor animals. And she should have gotten her full time.

I think we should starve her just like she did the horses. Looking at her she looks well fed. I wonder if she was eating in front of the starving horses.

She should have been held to the full 18 months. November is just around the corner. Remember that in case the judge is up for re-election. In Ohio our animal cruelty laws are a joke!

This is pretty terrible. I mean, I could see doing stuff like this to cats, but not horses.

When is Ohio going to get with the program and pass tough animal abuse laws and actually enforce them. Cases like this are barbaric but who cares if there is little to no consequences for the torment of animals like these. People murder and abuse each other murder and abuse animals with no care cept being caught. Its appalling. Shame on that Judge for his lack of empathy!

Absolutely pathetic. Both the judge and the witch. Those innocent horses were tortured for many many days, and she only gets 42 days of jail time. Then she is out to keep on stuffing her face. What is wrong with Ohio and it's non existing laws to protect animals.
