I like how after these massacres like the one in Colorado,the rambos come out of the woodwork and brag what they could have done if only they and their piece had been there.Yes you're sitting in a darkened theater,that suddenly becomes filled with choking tear gas and bullets start being sprayed every where.You just calmly grab your heater and begin shooting the killer,even though he is wearing body armor.First of the tear gas is going to choke the living jesus out of you,the smoke is going to make getting of a clear shot nearly impossible.Unless you are a highly trained individual,well versed in how to react to these scenarios,you are going to be basically ineffectual,and even if trained the surprise is likely to catch you of guard anyway.Having been tear gassed a number of times,it has a debiliating effect on you and these were under controlled training situations.

Yes I know as well as everybody else that these programs are abused by many people and should be watched better for fraud.
The Dems. have an idea that will help the Republicans get them selves out of a mess they put themselves in.
They are talking about letting the Bush tax cuts run out , " take us over the cliff" then on Jan 2nd or 3rd they can work on a tax bill that cuts taxes [ seeing they will go up on Jan 1]
That way the Republicans can keep their pledge to Norquist and cut taxes because they would go up if the Bush tax cuts are not renewed.
They can do some serious work on the tax code and make it so we aren't giving tax breaks and subsidies to companies that send work over seas and give them to companies that bring jobs back and put our people to work, building a bigger tax base.
This way they could give a tax cut of a reasonable amount to everybody and not hurt one class more than another.
