What is all this stuff I have been hearing about some dude painted green going crazy at Rt. 69 Steakhouse. Whas this a Halloween stunt for publicity to get people in the bar??

I was there and this dude in green went off on some loud mouth.All i know is he knocked this loud mouth out.Then these to big guys took the hulk down.
