Two Men Arrested in Utica Burglary

Police say 18-year old Marc Abdallah of Utica and 21-year old Edward Tupay of New Hartford broke into the home on Wednesday morning and took a laptop computer, 80 DVD movies, X-Box games and an X-Box controller.
