This is from the Eureka, CA Times-Standard. I like the line in the first paragraph that says the guy was "nailed again."
Oft-raided pot grow hit once again
A man who was arrested a few years ago at the same marijuana grow was nailed again Tuesday when authorities served a search warrant on the property on the Klamath River near Ah-Pah Creek.
The Humboldt County Sheriff's Department said Nixon Cecil Hall, 65, and Gordon Ralph McCovey, 54, were arrested when deputies and tribal police officers raided the property only accessible by boat.
”Nixon Hall has been arrested at that same location in the past,” said Sgt. Wayne Hanson with the Humboldt County Sheriff's Department.“I've been to that location three times in the past five years.”
Deputies found 971 growing pot plants ranging in height from a foot to 6 feet, 9 pounds of processed pot and a loaded shotgun.
