I recieved a gift for christmas that was purchased at Shades. The gift receipt did not have a date for returns and nothing was said to the person who purchased the gift for me about a final return date. When I called to ask about returning the item I was told it was 3 days to late and I could no longer return it. I then asked about recieving store credit and was told no. So I am now stuck with a $115 sweater that does not fit. They were rude and have no sense of service. I will never do business with them again.
