When I was little in Jackson, they told us that "negroes" could not go to the same heaven as mormons.
Has this changed?

But when do i learn about goodness and how much to pay them? Paying tithes and offerings to all churches seems to be what causes god to love you.

My favorite tithing recommendation has always been what I saw in a Catholic church once in San Diego, something like the Parrish SUGGESTS a 10% contribution, but any gift from the heart is welcomed.

The brainwashing I loved growing up was that if I tithed 10%, I would never be without. I've not tithed to the LDS church in over 20 years and have been just fine.

Oh, and I seemed to recall an awful lot of LDS households growing up who struggled to get by, and some who had to claim bankruptcy (reasons unknown). I guess they did not give 10%, maybe 9.5%? They were doomed.

I'm no Mormon (thank the Lord), but I know about tithing. Tithing removes a financial judgement from you. Giving over and above the tithe shows God how much you love Him.

When "thye" knock on the door I ask them if they are here to get me?

They look puzzled.

I then close the door with a fearful look on my face.

It has happened less and less that "they" knock now. They must have a little black book of "kooks" to look out for.

I'll use that. Thanks. I'm always looking for new techniques.

How about trying to be like Christ and just saying I am not interested. You will find that they will go to the next house.

When did Christ tell anyone that He wasn't interested? I don't want those nut-jobs infecting the rest of the neighborhood either.
People from the Church of LDS have killed many, many people. I'd just assume them not recruit any neighbors. Thanks, but no thanks.

Again you say the LDS Church has killed many many people. Some members of the Church were involved in MMM NOT the Church. Show the evedince that we the LDS church have killed many many people. Give names the ward they belonged to or any evedence they were even mebers of the LDS Church and the LDS Church killed them. I suspect you can not. As for Christ saying he was not interested I never said he said those words I said be Like Christ. When did Christ show anger or treat anyone bad. He only showed anger to the Money Changers in the Temple He never showed anger or treated others poorly.

David let me remind you that the 10 commandments include the command to not bear false witness. If you have no proof that we THE LDS CHURCH have killed many many people, have a HIT LIST, or any other crimes you acuse us of you are breaking that commandment.

Do we have the right to preach our beliefs to others? Do we have the right to live were we want? would you creat a getto in every city or town for all Mormons?

I wonder why I don't see any Jews knocking door to door asking if the household would like to hear about the Torah or Midrash?

Larry,

I would never just spout off information. I have...er...had a friend that was killed by his former LDS church members. He and his two best friends were killed on the same day. They were part of a lengthy hit-list made up of those who left the "church".
There is a man in our church right now who is living under an assumed name....because he is on an LDS hit-list for leaving the "church". His own family is so indoctrinated, that they are willing to kill him or give him over to killers.

I believe you have the right to believe what you want. I have the right to try to protect my friends and family from the Mormon doctrine.
Why would an area that Mormons live in be a ghetto? And, no, I wouldn't create an area for Mormons. Live where you like.

Again you say LDS hit list show the evedance. If you can not then stop claiming it. Show one sred of evendance of this LDS hit list. Untail you show it you are spewing off items that you can not prove. That is called defimation of carecter and is a civil crime. As a minister you should know better.
As for Mormon Ghettos whay were the Jews in Ghettos in Germany. You seem to want your freedoms but do not want LDS to have the same rights. I think you would love to make a law saying LDS (Mormons) can not proscelite in your area.
Again show me the evedance of this LDS hit list.

If you can prove that such a list exists and is endoresed by the Church, you've got yourself a convert.

Good luck.

BTW - I think you've taken your fanatical absurdity to a new level. You are doing so much damage for all around you; like a cancer that is infecting the innocent.

I think I have figured out Davids supposed LDS hit list. But it showes his diception. I believe he is talking about Ervil LeBaron the leader of a splinter group that did indeed have a hit listand killed many people. However also on that hit list were the Prophet and Appostiles of the LDS Church. The group often referd to as FUndamental Mormons had no ties to the LDS Church and was a polygamest group. They took their kids out of school after the 5th or 6th grade so they would not be subjected to the out side world by other kids and with no edgucation they would have to stay with the group to servive. Again this group never had any relation to the LDS Church and anyone who knopws about them knows this. So to say the LDS hit list is again beiring false witness.

I do find it interesting that you personally have a friend that was killed by a supposed Mormon group with a hit list. Who are you associating with? How did you come in contect with such a unique situation? I've had a few friends leave the church and this notion would be considered completely absurd by these relatively outspoken apostates.

Is Larry correct in assuming you are referring to Ervil LeBaron, the renegade Mormon fundamentalist? Even Ervil was considered "off his rocker" by many of his counterparts in the fundamentalist FLDS church (of it's time).

So, somehow you have a connection to the FLDS? Assuming here but...?

If this conspiracy supposedly involves the SLC/main body of the LDS church, we will certainly bring this to the media's attention. Can you give a few details to help out?

Do tell.

You are correct that my fried (actually, my sister's fiancee) was killed by followers of Ervil LeBaron. I'm not "associating" with anyone. Ed Marston owned Ed's Appliance, right next door to the little convenience store that my mom owned. All us kids worked there, including my older sister, who fell in love with Ed.
Ed told us that he had been a Mormon, but that there was a very dark side to the Mormon church. A side that most don't, or won't, talk about.
One day Ed got a call, and he and my sister went to pick up a washer and dryer from a house...at least that's what they thought they were doing. Nobody was home, so they left. Upon arriving back at the store, Ed got a second call from the guy (Terry Smith is the name he used) apologizing for not being there, but that he had ran to the store. Ed decided to go alone, while my sister went to Grandy's to pick up some chicken for supper. Ed never came home. As dinner began to grow cold, the FBI stormed the appliance store (My sister and Ed lived in the back). Ed was dead and the killers had made a clean getaway. Two of Ed's best friends were killed at the same time in Houston.
Ed didn't tell us that he was part of a radical breakaway group. All he knew is that he was Mormon.
There is a man working right down the hall from me....this very minute....living under an assumed name because his own family and church members tried to run him down with a car after he told them he was leaving the church. He took off through the woods, and never looked back.
On a trip recently, he nervously showed me where he had gone to church. The building is nice, and the sign on the front reads The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It looks just like many of the churches we saw last week up in Utah.
How are you supposed to know who's really LDS, or who's a kook? Is it judged by bodycount?
