"People generally don't get charged with "things" unless they have chosen to put themselves in a position where they can be. Offenders often feel that they are victims of circumstance and the basic cause and effect thinking escapes them; they do things because they can somehow twist and justify it..the world against poor misunderstood them...Ex:it is not that they wanted to kill or torture someone..it is that the victim struggled; it is not that he wanted to molest the child..it was that the parents left him/her alone...GET IT???"
Oh, I get it. I do, however, fail to see how the mere possession of a stun gun can be compared in this manner with child molestation and murder ONE...
You are a babbling idiot. Oh, they chose to put themselves in a position where they can be charged with a crime....blah blah blah. Shut up. No one in their right mind would've elected to make stun gun possession a crime in this so called "democracy" we live in. Not too many ppl are even aware possessing a stun is illegal, because in most states, its not. The main point is that there is no victim, aside from the person being persecuted for the so called "crime" he committed. The prosecuting attorney is the real offender here, along with legislators who passed such a rediculous law. The executive branches of our state gov'ts need to start leaving people alone and doing their jobs. They work for us, not against us. They should be keeping out of people's business unless we ask them to investigate and/or prosecute crimes that affect us. They obviously have way too much time and resources on their hands if they are going out and finding people to prosecute when no one has complained of a wrong doing(stings, DUI checkpoints, tedious and one-sided legislation, etc). With budget deficeits in every state, it is quite obvious this extra spending is a waste and no one asks for it or the "services" that are provided from it. Wise up, it's job security, using good people who inadvertantly break useless and restrictive "laws" to justify the "need" for their over-paid salaried jobs.
