Child support is the biggest scam in the history of the United States.
Courts are so bias to women.
Where's the equality?

My daughter had report it alot of times they say they are going to let him know, but nothing happens. If only she could afford a lawyer maybe things would be different.

21 people arrested for failure to pay child support. How long will they be in jail? 1 yr? Not too bad. This will cost the taxpayer 21 X $40,000 =$840,000. This does not include the fact that you must also pay for the welfare that many of the single mothers may be receiving.

Put them in JAIL. This will teach them a lesson. This will make them own up to their responsibilities.

I'd vote for putting the mom's in Jail too. Why'd they have the kids if they weren't serious about staying with the Bums in the first place.

Oh, but this makes us feel good as citizens to see that JUSTICE is begin served.

Doesn't make me feel too good to see that our tax dollars are being used on sillyshit!

Get their butts to work. Garnish checks. Get the moms to work. Cut the welfare out!

Only one deadbeat in the whole bunch. My x owes my daughter in excess of $8,000.00 and I can never get any support from the domestic relations office nor the AG. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately law enforcement in El Paso is a joke. Like over a whole weekend, with the amount of cops they have, they only caught 21? Thats pretty lame. But the other point is why are they rounding these guys up instead of known gangs and violent crimes. Again another way for them to make it look like they are doing something good. Go to eppd.org , look at the crime statistics per zip code and you will see they arent paying too much attention to anything but checkpoints and lame stings.

I have been married to my wife for 17 years and she has never gotten a penny from her ex who lives in El Paso and was a sprem donar to 4 kids. She has been to the Attorney General's office in El Paso and they can't track the low life down. She has given them his place of business and home address and nothing has been done. So much for the Attorney General's office they haven't done anything. We are fortunate that I have agood job and was able to provide for his four kids. My wife and I don't need shit from him but it is the principal of the matter that he and so many like him can continue their happy go lucky life's with no one doing anything about it. I hope you read this Luis. You are an asshole.

My ex spent 3 days in jail and decided to pay up. It wasn't that he couldn't pay but that he just wouldn't pay.......he had plenty of money for expensive cars and girlfriends and traveling all over the country but he refused to pay the amount ordered by the judge even though his income was such he would not have even missed it.......he'd blow that much in an hour in Vegas. He still did not pay it all and finally the court went after him and he managed to find the back due real fast when they threatened to take his house and car........he wasn't living in it anyway but with his girlfriend.

ANY Parent........Male or Female who is ordered to pay support and refuses deserves to go to jail...they learn quick that the morning coffee is not that tasty and sleeping with your eyes open to avoid being attacked is not fun.

Their average stay is about 3 days before bonding out. Most have the money but refuse to pay.
I stayed with the "bum" until he began to beat on the kid (disabled kid) then I pitched his sorry azzz out. He had been screwing around all 12 years with one whore or another he would pick up in the bars........ HIV was getting started about then and I sure did not want to be exposed to that.

I dont think it was all the police and the sheriff looking for them, it was that sheriff's strike team only that was looking. 21 one guys that is not a bad thing. My dad left my mom and we never got a cent from him, but we didnt need it. So i am glad that they are picking these guys up. As a far of two and one that does pay child support i am glad they went after them good job.

Your daughter should go to the AG office and file a case.If they delay on it then write to the TX state OAG and the Governor. It was what I had to do too It may take a long time but if he ever wins the lottery, sells property, or files taxes his refund will be sent to her, the lottery winnings will pay her first and then if any is left he will get that. My daughter is still waiting for her support money for her daughter who is now married but it does not go away until the judge says so or it is paid in full. My niece divorced her drug using piece of trash and raised her 2 babies on her own.......a few years ago the ex's parents died and left him a bundle and she got the first $60,000. because that is what he owed.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Cancer

You've had enough time to yourself lately. This is a day to focus on family, with all the good and bad that that brings. Crabs would much rather be at the top of the tree than down near the roots, but that's life. You might be smart when it comes to matters of the heart, but you don't know it all quite yet.
