Astorga tries to get charges dropped

Accused deputy killer Michael Astorga returned to court Tuesday afternoon, trying to get the charges against him dropped, but he didn't get very far.

When I see Astorga's face, I am reminded of a rat. I do not know why. When I see his mother speaking, I am in awe that someone could be that stupid. This is yet one more entire family that has cost taxpayers a ton of money to support and prosecute all those sleazebags. Also, Gary Mitchell is looking pretty pathetic nowdays. I really hope that the prosecution doesn't interfere or deny him his rights. Because it would be a real shame if this low-life got off on some nonsensical technicality. So I say afford him his rights that are allowed under the law so that a rock-solid case can be built against him, and in turn, he can either be put away for life or executed.
