Higbee Fair 2009. Theme is "A Small Town with a Big Tomorrow". Dates are July 29th thru August 2nd, 2009. Bluff City Shows is the carnival and will offer arm bands each night of the fair. Check the website at www.hcbahigbeefair.com for a working schedule and contact information for the fair. Vendors are needed. New this year a Farmer's Market area. Rummage Sale/Craft/Flea Market area too.

Arm bands everynight? Wow! I've got 4 kids and that is wonderful news, I can't wait. This will be our big thing this year instead of going to any of the other fairs or carnivals. Thanks HCBA, youre great!

I seen 2008 but not 2009. Also I seen nothing about a wet tee shirt contest. will there be one or not? That will draw a big crowd you know. I will send my wife over.

i attended the higbee fair once, and they had a burn-out contest. while this seems to be a lot of fun for several people, i personally think a wet tee shirt contest would be much more fun, and draw a bigger crowd. i might even think about stopping by again if i'm in the neighborhood.

They will need judges for this, and I gladly volunteer my services.

Well if you're looking for answers on here you won't find them. Some people are above posting ridiculous comments on such a trashy website.

Daily Horoscope for November 10

Scorpio

Once the Moon enters Virgo and your eleventh house of friends and associates, you'll feel optimistic and friendly again. Yesterday's frustrations are quickly forgotten, so make an effort not to hold a grudge. You may agree to disagree with someone as the Moon and Pluto clash: just remember that everyone is entitled to an opinion, no matter how wrong it is!
