I don't think it's very nice to insinuate that people on fixed income don't bathe regularly.

1.) someone to hold the shovel
2.) someone to shovel the dirt
3.) someone to point to the dirt
4.) someone to measure the dirt
5.) someone to overlook the workers shoveling the shit to prove that they need one more dirtbag.

when is a cop neeed in higbee??? as i remember it is always the county who would be handeling anything anyway. a higbee cop has never worked out......a couple months at a time. never longer than that. greg H...? remember him. wasnt he the longest running cop? WOW!!! the town is the same with or without a higbee cop.
