If a Mexican was here illegally and killed another Mexican that was here illegally, was the law actually violated?
As a liberal I'd have to say if the offender only killed one, he should have to promise not to kill anyone else and to return to Mexico.
If there were to be too much public outcry I'd say seal the court and police records, we will handle this behind closed doors.
