China Drug Official Given Death Sentence

Full story: The Associated Press

A former department head at China's drug regulation agency was sentenced to death Friday on charges of bribery, as U.S. regulators ordered a recall of three more Chinese-made products deemed dangerous to children. The developments were the latest in widening concerns about the safety of Chinese goods both at home and abroad. Cao Wenzhuang, a department director at the State Food and Drug Administration, was given the death sentence with a two-year reprieve on charges of accepting bribes and neglecting official duties, his lawyer Gao Zicheng said. What's wrong with the death penalty? Even God in the old testament was for it. Why should those that prey upon innocents be clothed, sheltered, fed, intertained, given health care, and basically have more rights than the victims themselves?

I agree with you that he is a piece of shit and should be got rid of. However, there are many others who are far worse than this guy and they are still around. The real problem is that there lacks consistant and systematic law and the criteria used for the determination of the penalties are somewhat arbitrary.

Switzerland sure has high moral ground to stand on. Your country built it's wealth on dirty money, stolen money, nazi money and the gold fillings of concentration camp jews. What pride you must feel when you see what a wonderful country you've built on the souls of people destroyed to fill your coffers. Want to bet on where Wenzhauang's "invested" some of his bribe money?

An awful lot: it's a monstrous crime, it's murder! Didn't you read what Jeshua (better known by his pseudo Jesus...) said: >love thy enemy< ! And for sure not -kill 'im!-. I, personally, have an universe of friends, even the sickos who tried to -get- me, three times, so far, only because I want everybody to be free (braking intercontinental taboos!!), yes, those psychos working against me, included! They can, through next-love and a lot of patience, be recuperated! After all, it's the capital-imperialistic system, which has conditioned 'em into becoming lackies of the so-called grey "eminences", the biggest exploiters of the global population!(They too could be recuperated, even if that would take much longer!)

Dear Zsz01, nihao!

No human being is what you wrote, even the most criminal and perverse ones! If he could do that, it's the present international system's fault: too little control! Control=Prevention; and everybody knows that to prevent is much better than to cure! Solution? Allow through new laws what most people do in their so-called private-life (if no coercion is involved, of course!), then install web-, grid- or whatever will follow-cams, everywere!! Total loving and reciprocal control!!(No more crimes!)

Xie-xie for reading,

Hi Shen! Shure that there are many others who are far worse than that guy, and are still around, instaid of being in a psychiatric hospital, as all those who acted in an unsocial way, in the old system (today's, sorry to say!).....>lacks consistant and systematic law and the criteria used for the determination of the penalties are somewhat arbitrary.< you also wrote! You saw a big problem: no justice! The present capital-imperialistic system, can't be just! We need a new one, through a just global government, >>now<<!!

If there wouldn't be coverted, extra-judiciary executions (and -attempts, as in my case!), then it would be even better than Switzerland! To be noted: a true Swiss is honest, next-loving, and a sort of hero, when it comes to nonviolently defend what's good and right!! All criminal elements in this country are simply -not- Swiss, even if they've got a Swiss passport or ID-card; period.
Also in the U.S.A. of the 50s there were a lot of do-gooders who could be compared to the Swiss of the 60s! What happened? The satanic gray-"eminences" know that do-gooders will become, soon or later, a danger to their criminal system!

Hi American!
Well, they're supposed to be! Of course I suspect that they too belong to that world-wide secret organisation called "free"masonry! Therefore we need a new communism: the UR-religious (UR=Ultra-Reform: we all believe in our *B*I*G***L*A*D*Y*-*C*O*M*R*A*D ***I*N*H*E*A*V*E*N*
!!!!!!!!!! and of course nonviolent ACP/RD (of which I'm the founder!!), for: Anarcho-Communist Party / Renatoist DIANAist; the >>modern<< saints' party!!
See yah!

Hi Straight Shooter!
Same goes for you (what I wrote before): those "Swiss" individuals, can't be considered Swiss!
>Amen!<? Amen is originally a religious word; are you religious? My father was Pastor of the Valdensian Church, and in the 60s I've red the Bible once completely, and the Gospels twice! After that I've been on a Jesus-'trip'; then in the early 70s, I discovered the existence of the intercontinental secret unspoken language, which I still don't know, besides just a couple of signals thereof, and I had to start questioning everything I've learned until then, and I found out that to be the true Messias, Jesus >had< to brake the taboo on that secret nonverbal communication, but he didn't! Then I found out that not the "God of Hosts", created the universe, but our *H*E*A*V*E*N*L*Y***M*O*T*H*E*R *

Wow, you sound living in a dream world, out of touch with the reality.

You also seem to know China quite a bit. Just out of my curiousity, could you list a few representative cases to convince the readers that China is better than Switzerland except the judiciary execution part.

Dear Shen,

although I might seem to live in a dream world, I haven't lost touch with reality!(How could I, if those who act like "bastards", keep reminding me of it, day and night, through electronic torture?....) Besides, before bringing a change about, you have to visualize it first!

About my knowledge of China: I and a Chinese young-lady out of Shandong wanted to marry, but the secret service stepped (once more!!!!) in-between, and cut Our communication completely!!!!

China has still a "communist" government, and that should be enough to answer your query!..Although a -phoney- communism, as it has always been the case in the present system, it is still better than the satanic capital-imperialistic one!

More questions?

C U!!

Hi Straight Shooter!!

I don't know if it was the Swiss or the Chinese secret service.... or -both-! Fact is that I cannot marry the one I want!(They're afraid she would teach me the meaning of the signals out that intercontinental, secret, nonverbal communication [which I still don't know, besides just a couple of them!], braking the major taboo on which the exploiters' capital-imperialistic system is based!)

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Taurus

If your goals are fairly modest in the short term, they are achievable and you're likely to get some praise for achievements along the way. If you aim too high too quickly, others might not take you seriously or think you're being uppity and you could come unstuck. It's all a question of attitude and approach. There are contradictory influences over the next ten days but there could also be good luck coming your way.
