Lapeer manager Kerbyson target of lawsuit

The court stated on the record that it is a pretty extreme remedy to have a house torn down A Sanilac County man is suing Lapeer City Manager Dale Kerbyson over the demolition of his house. via The County Press

I wonder when the City of Marlette will be through paying for Kerbyson and his mistakes.

I HATE this jerk. He was arrogant and didn't know squat about any of the mechanics of running a city. He harassed a lot of people and pulled crap like this with authorization after the fact. He wrecked a lot of stuff in this town. I hope Lapeer cans his huge butt. The man is a menace and only picks on people that are smaller than him or disabled. Someone ought to kick him from here to kingdom come. I hope he loses big time and Sykora is a strutting little shyster/ambulance chaser. He should rot too. I once had some respect for him. What a prostitute. The two of them are incompentent gas bags. And I'm pulling my punches.

By the way, I'd be happy to testify against big fat Dale. Anytime. I have plenty that he did to me and my family. He once said burning down my house would be a public service. Things you say in a small town,fat boy, gets back to people.

I don't know the Dale Kerbyson you are talking about. I lived in Marlette for over 20 years, we have since moved. He was a wonderful city manager. Maybe you should look in the backyard of some of the people on the city team. I think there is plenty of blame to go around. I would go to court just to suppose Dale. He was an excellent City Manager.

With all due respect, Lady, you don't live in Marlette now and he is a LIAR. I had more than one run in with this guy and Schaub who has since gotten into a load of trouble too and he deserves whatever he gets. A lot of people hated Kerbyson and a lot of them didn't even live in the city limits. Farmers hated him too. He was far from excellent and when he ends up in jail, I hope you eat your words. I know a few things about this guy's personal life that would curl your hair and I'm not going into it here. You wouldn't be quite so fast to defend him if you knew what some of us do.
