Driling rig on Hwy 90

I'e seen a driling rig go up in the last two days (noticed it first on Thursday, 11/1/12) on what I believe is the Tucker Ranch off Hwy 90. The ranch includes the house across from the Tyrone Mine. Anyway, I'm pretty sure this s not a water well drilling platform, but it does look suspiciously like a oil drilling platform - even has a cement casement set up. I wonder if Tucker -or whoever owns the mineral rights is drilling for oil, or fracking. Anybody know? Or can anyone here find out and post? Thanks,
