Russell to play Silco

Acclaimed folk singer Tom Russell, billed "The Americana Man," will perform tonight at the Silco Theatre, the second in the Mimbres Region Arts Council's Folk Series, and the first of two "Special Events" the Arts Council has added to the series this year.
