A Cliff man who pleaded guilty to 15 charges relating to the theft thousands of dollars of equipment and tools from Cliff schools, Cliff volunteer fire department and the U.S. Forest Service will have to make restitution but will serve no jail time. Read more

And we thought the judges were soft here in Las Cruces......

I think they just didn't want to feed and maintain this guy in jail.

Habitual offender.....I think we see a pattern here.

a shark don't bite another shark during a feeding frenzy for the same reason a judge don't judge a criminal during a trial. professional courtesy.

I thought that the judges in Las Cruces were the only ones who refused to send peple that are guilty of multiple crimes to jail. Apparently it goes on in Silver City as well. Is the messeage that as long as you admit to it and agree to pay it all back you avoid jail. Where is the deterent to people commiting the crimes?

Jeeze this guy is still breeding and won't take care of his first obligation. He should have been sent to prison. He is sorry alright a sorry S.O.B! Robinson needs to learn how to be a responsible judge.
