Can't get through to a tech person on the phone. Get message telling me to hold. After 3 cycles of sales pitch, I'm told that I'm calling after hours. NOT!!! Can't receive confirmation email after 2 requests. ID# 79303. Help!!!

My e-mail was about not being able to get through. So how am I supposed to resolve issues when I can't get through? The only voice mail I received was on Sat Feb 8 2014. I will be calling you today.

i paid 249 dollars to get my computer fixed still nothing works, i was told by paying the extra 50 dollars i could have 24 hour service for any electronic equipment - im pissed and want my money back!!!!!!!!!!

so i just tried to call you between 9 and 9 and you are still closed what days do you work 9 to 9 - and im having a hard time writing this thru all the pop ups that are still alll over my supposedly fixed computer - im mad

the best part of this deal was the sell, Fred! You obviously still have the old silver tongue that got you into trouble before. You said that I can reach someone all the time? Obviously not on weekends. Who needs tech support any more than at night and weekends? Chris was supposed to work 5 hours on my computer Friday night....full work time actually less than an 1/2 hour according to your Log Me In logs and it was the first time anyone worked remotely that I couldn't see what they were doing on my screen..how odd is that?..Today I find he actually removed a program from the US post office, Stamps.com ... Are you kidding? Don't know what other damage yet but there are no improvements. All you definitely did was charge me $199.00 which you will refund immediately before I really get pissed and take action. I expect a call verifying the refund Monday, March 3....sincerely, linda

I know I'm wondering if I judt got scammed cause they r workin on mine now...I'm thinking I have. I have tried to call back. To make sure pics r not deleted but says experiencing high call volumes n leave a message as if on hold...yet the user mail box not able to except calls

I had my computer fixed by rapid tech support. I have no complaints. Anna worked with me for two hours to get my games back, and showed me how to make shortcuts for my AOL. This forum did make me nervous but after 3 months, everyone there has been more then helpful. I think its hard to make everyone happy now a days. But if I ever run into a problem I will for sure post it here. And if rapid tech help, reads this, I want to thank you for putting up with this computer dummy :)

Well I have to report that Rapid Tech Support did a great job cleaning up my computer. So I stressed out for no reason. I'm very happy with the company and highly recommend to anybody.

This is some B.S. I am a father of five working two full time jobs and both of my jobs require that I have a working computer to perform. I am a medical professional. I have spreadsheets and all kinds of things that I have to do. When you asked for the money I did not hesitate to pay and now just three weeks later my computer doesn't work. This offends me. Taking from me is one thing, but you bastards have stolen from the mouths of my babies and this is a serious offense that I wont let ride.... Fix my computer!!!!!!

After i gave them the go ahead, i had a feeling so i googled it and found these posts and was convinced i was scammed. But just a couple hours later i watched them do their thing, and im extremly satisfied, my comp is good as new. I recomend this company

I spoke with Chris Ross with Rapid Tech support and he was able to help me with my issues, I wish I had been more patient the first time I tried to contact Rapid tech with an issue, Chris was very nice and very helpful and I now feel that Rapid tech is a good honest company

It was the most frustrting experience I ever had. They lost our software and 6 years of data and didn't take any responsibility for it!

After supposedly cleaning our computer, our payroll system had disappeared completely with no trace of software or data. I called and they tried to find it or bring it back and they couldn't. They had to install the software but there was no data.

For 3 days I had to sit and watch their technician just roam around our computer and do nothing useful. Finally I had them restore our system from before the clean up and still they couldn't find the data.

NOW I AM STUCK WITH MY SYSTEM WITH A MALWARE AND LOST ALL MY DATA. I had to set up every thing from scratch.

The technician was so unprofessional and would not let me talk to his supervisor all the while claiming that he is the floor supervisor and his boss is not there and there is nobody else above him. He would not transfer me to the operator and when I called back he answered the phone himself. Something you hear in a funny horror story.

I just had Rapid Tech Support Service my computer at first I was nervous but after I spoke to a Nicholas Jones he assured me that he would personally fix the computer. I spent 299 for the repair work and a lifetime verison of a security software and after he was done the computer is running like brand new. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND WOULD RECOMMEND Rapid to anyone with computer issues

I paid rapid tech to clean up my dell computer. I paid them $500.00 to clean up my computer then an additional $500.00 for annual service. My computer was o.k. for maybe two months. Now , I cannot keep it turned on and cannot access my internet service. It has been a total waste of money.
Fortunately I also have a Mac that I can access my internet service and all of my websites. I am going to report them to the state attorney general.

I've called your number (888-202-3796) Last night and A recording came on stating thast your office is closed call between 9am & 7pm mon thur sunday . I have done that several times during those hours only to hear the same recording again
